SoCal Golden Care Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health care agency that is dedicated to fulfilling the health care needs of the patients of Irwindale, CA and surrounding areas. Although we are a newly formed agency, our staff are not new to home health care. We've taken the advice directly from our patients, we are focused on their desire to have consistent, competent, thorough, and friendly home care staff. Who is qualified for home health services?​

Anyone recovering from surgery or illness who requires medical care or assistance in learning to live with a new diagnosis.

Who can refer you to our services?​

Just about anyone, your doctors, family, and friends even you can refer yourself to SoCal Golden Care Home Health. Nursing homes, hospitals, and rehab units may also refer you.

What Insurance will cover?

Your insurance may provide complete or partial payment. SoCal Golden Care Home  Health will explain your coverage and will bill your insurance directly. We accept:
